I have forgotten my account's password.And I still haven't received a reply back from Admin or support.I have already send an email with my info's.And I have reply in here and still nothing.

I dont know what wrong as well too. I am sure that i am logging correct username, password and 2fa. And very long response from their support is a huge disappointment for me.
