what profitability? the coin doesn't exist on any exchange and you have no idea what actual value it will have when it hits exchanges.All you can say is that even now (higher diff), mining it using rented hashpower is FAR cheaper than the ICO price, and it was even cheaper mining it during the ICO.
If you don't admit that the ICO was shady because of this, then you likely have hidden interests or could be a (potential) victim yourself. Nobody should have bought in this ICO. At best, they should have rented hashpower and mined it instead (and then pray they don't miss the dump of all miners selling when/if it hits exchanges).
