I am getting worried about gox, i still have cash on gox are it worth to buy bitcoin and transfer it to another exange now ?

Why are you so worried about Gox ? If you want out of Gox I wouldn't suggest you do it by buying and selling Bitcoin until the price difference narrows. I've noticed in the past that when the value crashes down on Gox the difference between Gox and other exchanges often narrows considerably.
Do you have a large amount like 100's of thousands of dollars on there ?
Look at all those bids - there will be USD to back them all up. That's a lot of money. There's more than $13 Million dollars sitting on the order book in the bids right now.
I have about $57k sitting on there at the moment . My money like a lot of other peoples money isn't in a bid so it's not included in the above $13 Million figure.
