All the coins for a particular faucet will be stored on the same microwallet account if you use the same email address to signup.
The microwallet allows you to convert from one currency to another. So there is nothing stopping you from converting all your currencies to DOGE coin, withdraw the DOGE coin with Zero fees to your DOGE desktop wallet and transferring it to another exchange. Now beware it would be smart to convert your bitcoin and Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash when they are higher on the exchanges that way you get more DOGE coins.
