Problem was a typo I made somewhere, so I got access to my wallet in Electrum now. Thank you!

If you want to transfer Bitcoin from one address to another, the only way you can do this is with an "on-chain" transaction sent through the network... which will of course require a transaction fee.However, at the moment, the mempool is relatively empty and fees are REALLY low... like, transactions with 1 or 2 sat/byte fees are getting confirmations.
