Yes, thanks to the guys who suspended the domain, I suspect email servers are having trouble resolving the originating domain so emails from it aren't getting passed on. And because there's no 'resend email' feature, our coins are in limbo.

I've already removed them from my holdings on blockfolio as written off. The support queue is full, they'll never get back to us on this one I'm sure.
