I was having the same problem back in December. I had done a test transfer from my online wallet to the offline one and the transaction didn't appear in my transaction report, but the ETN had been deducted. Tried 3 times to import from offline to online and was stuck in pending ... but then in January after one of their updates the transaction finally went through (from offline back to online wallet). I didn't do anything differently, it just worked finally. I am sure your transaction should go through soon.
