Congrats on get CDC on PhenixEx.
I deposited CDC to PhenixEx, showing at least 30 confirmations each transaction, however the amount hasn't shown on my PhenixEx balance, any idea why? or as to how many confirmations needed to show on my balance?

They must be in the "cloud"...
