The beautiful thing about cryptos is that individuals migrate to each other, form a community with a common goal and start supporting the projects being the infrastructure in terms of mining or run a node to improve the overall performance of the network and start using the cryptos for the purposes intended.

Most of these individuals do it without expecting financial reward, but they do it for the love of the tech.
