My stress reliever is my youngest sister where I'm playing with when I feel stress and she makes me feel better when we are playing, just her smile can ease my pain and also music. The music Genre is base on my emotion and how I feel. I just listen to those music that my feelings can relate and can makes my emotions come out and after an hour, I'm feeling good because I already spill out how I feel.
