From what I understand, Yuri is good for his word. Back in 2014 they were hacked and around 300 BTC was stolen.

That was part of the reason for the month long vacation- in celebration for this accomplishment. Just be patient with them and I believe you can expect to get refunded.
(and it's been 4 years) and they will never refund us, it's just to buy time.and i will not wait years
