Ye is do agree Cardano is more secure than these recent ICO Sp8de i read about cardano usage its better than other blockchain technology in terms of security and scalability . If i want to choose between  NEo and Eth . I will choose both because neo free gas and ethereum lots of projects in ethereum block chain.
