suddenly i received my coins from coinexchange today...after 18 days...

ok but what now? my old coins have been in my wallet since block 589500 or so i may miss the first but i was there for the both last forks...so do i get some reward?when?? i dont really understand whats going on:))))

how can i buy this 1:5 000 000  master node coin? and when...how long should i leave my old coins in the wallet to get some reward if there is any...could anybody tell me more?
