No. First of all you were replying to someone who replied to someone who didn't even have the stock, and had nothing to sell.  Second of all short always means to take a short position. You can call it 'pedantic' if you want, but a failure to understand the semantics of the word 'short' indicates a severe lack of 'investment' knowledge.

Interestingly, there are actually some put options available for you to buy.  My guess is you have absolutely no idea how options work, since you're an idiot.
