Be very carefull with this person, still own me money in btc. If he gonna give it back to me, i can say, at least he has been honorable to me, but only promises so far and no money back!

I confirm I still own the bitcoin, however, I already told him I have already sent out the bitcoin, but there's a delay in the online wallet I'm using, due to Chinese New Year, and they are not fixing it because they're on holiday, with proof attached.
Besides, the only reason I owned his bitcoin is because he sent me a PayPal payment, and it was put on hold immediately, due to "suspicious activity". That's why he agreed to send me BTC at first place. So I wonder who should we be careful of?
