The rule that only accredited investors, which means people who are already wealthy, are allowed to participate in certain ICOs is senseless imo. It's like saying "YOU'RE NOT WEALTHY YET, SO YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WEALTHY." Stupid society, with obsolete rules, we're living in.

I don't find any law or rules that exactly on what you're saying into your quoted post. There's no rules that implemented on what you're trying to say. Wealthy people can be wealthier and poor people can also be wealthy in time. All of us are equal, it is based on your choice if you decided to be poor in your entire life. We invest even if we're poor or rich. We all just need to make our money profitable to earn enough and get enough income that can provide our needs financially.
