Zefir has received refunds from Avalon for 30,000 chips.
Also Avalon is supposed to be shipping large numbers of chips starting Wednesday.
If this is the case then said chip substitutions will happen -- batches 3,4,5 replacing batches 6,7,8.
I assume this is why Zefir extended his refund deadline.

Thank you Avalon for allowing me to limit the loss of 60+ miners and Bitcoin enthusiasts. This would have been a great success for the community if we had this level of customer support all the time, hope you guys are going to keep it up.
