I've asked about this with Hive's Community Manager. This is what he had to say about the allegation:

The allegations made regarding copying and plagiarism clearly have no basis.

I don't even know why this is being raised.

We won at CoinAgenda Barcelona. Yes Hive, has won first price for best ico in 2017!

We were scrutinised in great depth by the panel of judges, and our white paper was dissected and discussed thoroughly. If any allegations of copying could have been substantiated, they surely would have been then.

Now, pls stop your fud about copying white paper's. Stop your PPT propaganda. Hive is populous 5.0  and populous can't even stand in Hive's  shadow.

Maybe it's better you  focus on your CEO who is a habitual lying convicted criminal for Wire Fraud. Check for more details below.

Maybe  1 day you'll have a good working beta. Hive already has a working up and running DEMO since 21 December!

Maybe Populous will be transparent 1 day. Hive has always been transparent and you can ask any question you'd like.

Hive has a real deal with an ERP provider named Adacta and more to come. (The Adacta integration  commences in Slovenia, our first target market, before rolling out to Germany, Russia and the other countries covered by that deal. Hive also has letters of intent in place covering Turkey and Latin America)

What does Populous have? Oh yeah, wait Populous had a deal with Luxure Global Citizen.
But it got cancelled! Which you promoted btw. as a 1 billion dollar company which  isn't really worth 1 million dollar. Also PPT talked about it as if they would recieve all of  their invoices when it was only 10%. Wow, another lie!

Now, I can keep going on and on,  how much better Hive is than Populous ,because the list goes on and on. But DYOR and see by yourself.
All I want to say is Hive delivers and delivers and every time on time. And Populous every time isn't!
