QUICK UPDATE

1. Logo done Smiley
2. New website underway
3. Kobocoin v2.1.0.3 is now stable and has a 'releases' page for reliable downloads - https://github.com/kobocoin/Kobocoin/releases/tag/v2.1.0.3-stable
4. Kobocoin v2.1.0.3 has a Dockerfile for easy installation for businesses/merchants - https://github.com/kobocoin/dockerfiles/tree/master/v2103-stable
5. We now have a github repo for all Dockerfiles created for kobo services - https://github.com/kobocoin/dockerfiles
6. We now have a Docker hub repo for easy pull requests - https://hub.docker.com/u/kobocoin/
7. Mobile wallet upgrade is in progress
8. Koboseeder (a DNS seeder that will help secure the network even further) is now on github - https://github.com/kobocoin/koboseeder

Dockerfiles is import (imo). All organisations I know are moving to containerised services and It allows us to create modular services. This will allow interested parties to quickly and reliably build any kobo services e.g:
  • Minimal build with Kobocoind only
  • Full node with DNS seeder
  • Full node with Apache, Insight Explorer, and Node.js
  • Full node with Electrum server

All these features will be highlighted on the new website.

It's tempting to get straight into the upgrading of the code but I want to lay a proper foundation for all work carried out from now on. That's why enabling all these repos is important

NB - I've let YoBit know about the new stable source code release on github. Let's see if withdrawals is enabled before I get my hacked account back. Both are a joke, I know!
