Do we need to set up the masternodes again for phase 2? Or are they gonna port over automatically?

Thank you. I got it. Wallet wasn't syncing after I downloaded the new version, but I got it going again. I backed it up and then just deleted the 1MC folder from AppData and overwrote the new wallet.dat file with the one I backed up. It finally synced.
