A real Doctor and/or an anesthesiologist would not have this much time in the world to spam this forum with such BS.
That was my first thought, especially an anesthesiologist who presumably would be in very high demand--but you never know.  There are many different birds in the forest, and it could happen.

I'm not throwing in my support to this guy, nor have I ever worked in an operating room, but those needles and vials wouldn't look out of the ordinary to me.  Most of the syringes look labeled, and as far as that ampoule that's opened, they may have only drawn up what they needed and what you see is overfill that hasn't been disposed of yet.  I have worked in hospital pharmacy, and we'd routinely leave ampoules out so the techs would know what drug was in what IV bag or syringe.

As far as OP's sins go, I'm on the fence about how merit abusers should be tagged.  There are fairly obvious cases where merit has either been bought or is being traded or is being sent to alt accounts, but a lot of cases aren't obvious.  And I personally wouldn't put merit trading in the same category of account selling, shitposting, or scamming.  I think it's a problem that is limited in how bad it can get by the scarcity of merits themselves.  But as I've said before, I fully respect members like Lauda and actmyname for tagging people they think are abusing the system.  And I can tell OP that however many threads you start, or however loud you yell about this, Lauda probably isn't going to remove that feedback, so get used to it.

Fortunately OP has an excellent career to fall back on and isn't dependent on anally raping bitcointalk for his livelihood.
