And even if somebody fill it, still has no "money".

Agree with you. It is waste of time to expect anything good from this so called dev.

I have also filled in this stupid form a long time ago but did not receive anything back.

But maybe this "dev" was just naughty child and his mom took away a computer from him for some time so he will fix it all as soon as his mom will allow it! Grin
