I think you should approach these guys to let you build a better website for them
I did a google search and found some PR on the CEO. You can check it out here - https://www.vccircle.com/justcode-acquires-online-hiring-platform-jobspire/I don't think a guy who has already gotten his hands dirty in the VC industry would not know how to build good stuff.
