I was looking at joining when I see cards are not available at this time. I have LTC and that really drew my interest but if there is no cards are you still able to use a virtual wallet for now or just out of luck for using anything for a couple of months. If the latter is the case you should really post that on your site that services are basically temporarily halted until you get new cards.
In the meantime anyone recommend another card? I was going to go with cryptopay as I planned to travel to Japan later this year but for now I am US only.

We dont hide that fact which is why there are disclaimers on our website regarding the card program; it is mentioned in our Help Center and we have a banner enabled in all the accounts stating that the card service is currently unavailable as we are switching to a new card issuer. All the other services (including wallets) are fully functional and the cards are coming soon
As for recommendations, unfortunately, we cant provide any information about our competitors.
Well, I really hope you will introduce a card soon. I still have the Cryptopay app on my phone and I keep getting system reminders to uninstall this dormant app lol.

Good solid loading and spend limits, a stable and compliant card issuer, global card acceptance, instantaneous loading of cards and the same impeccable Cryptopay service we have all enjoyed and now sorely miss are just some of what we expect to see.
