I have an question about order of batch request refund? Why begining with batch 6? Batch 1 wait the most and batch reqest should begun from first batch toward batch #6, not the last.
Let say that 50% of all 6 batches want to refund, then first 3 batches would be forced to receive the chips, that is not fair as they are waiting the longest time.
