Telegram is not currently having an ICO.

There have been many people opening up websites with ICOs and Pre-ICOs. They are not the official Telegram company.

As noted in the post, these sort of scams are getting believable because of the amount of celebrity endorsed ICOs in the past.

This must have caught out a lot of new investors and I am sorry for your loss of funds and the predatory nature of the scammers in the ICO sector.
