Still scamming...

I've yet to receive my XVGCT tokens because I was trying to transfer out and their system ate my coin, then they didn't fix my problem for two days and then went on vacation...  So yesterday I can finally get in to open a new ticket (since the one from before was closed), so I open a ticket explaining the situation and receive a canned response back about checking my history, etc. to make sure everything was correct (yes, it is, maybe you as support should do this, but sure, make me screenshot it from your own site to give to you), so went I do this and go in to reply with a screenshot from their site and a screenshot of the ticket they closed two months ago about THIS ISSUE and I see the reply button is now missing, but I can open up another ticket...  BUT, per the rules, if I do that they'll ban me for spamming tickets...

It's crazy that you put no effort into resolving anything unless held accountable by a mob; this is not the way to be...
