100% - 95% = 5% <-- markup lost in the course of doing business. seriously. this happens. check the thread for evidence of work being done.
and 10% + 5% = 15% total markup.
Im not saying its profit. Im not making any value judgements - Ive read the whole thread, I know work is being done. I think SB is being generous. Im just saying its a total overhead of 15%, 5% of which is not incurred if you dont cancel your order.
We do agree that he is not refunding half of the original 10% as some have suggested, right?
