Noob here, never set up a mac wallet, when I unzip, which file to I use first?  

Edit: Oh shit, I have to work with Terminal?

Edit: opened them all, last one started syncing and I got a bunch of console files.

Edit: the file "havend" is done syncing and says: You may now start haven-wallet-cli.
Does this mean I open the terminal file haven-wallet-cli or the console file? And whats next?
