I think it would save you a lot of mails & questions

In principle, yes
but "from - to", does not work
because it depends on incoming payments, BTC, SEPA..
But we should return to 24h service within the next 1-2 days.
maybe this helps:
on-hold: waiting for payment
processing: payment confirmed (for promosticks, we will check Infos here, and maybe ask you to confirm something)
completed: parcel is packed and a shipping label was printed, you should get your tracking# within 24h
For each change, a mail should go out
