I wanted to mine some Litecoin in the last couple of days and for the first two days everything was all right. But after that, I restarted my miners and I got way less than before. I also repeatedly get the message that zpool has run out of LTC currency but the message goes away again after some time. However the last block that zpool found, was 4 days ago. LTC is getting higher and higher in diff; so block luck can play a bigger role to weather the pool has enough LTC to pay the earnings or not.
LTC isn't the type of altcoin to just be dropped off the pool; so feel free to keep mining it; just know that it will take a block to be found for you to get paid.
I do top up the LTC wallet manually if we're dry. There's lots of LTC miners so I want you guys to stick around. I'd love for you to bring more scrypt hashpower though too
then it would just take care of itself
