Circulating supply is the supply which was sold in the token ico 50% for sale and 50% the team and company keeps for business development, which is the max supply. Sure if they release all tokens to the market the price will be inflated, but they wont do it , they will only release more tokens if needed for business purposes. But max supply is very low anyway and the token economics of the project are very good. other companies sell only 20% of tokens in ICO and keep 70% themselves. not fair in my opinion. but SLT with 50/50 % is very good.
