To be honest, I didn't check these coins, so I don't know if that are good projects, but for sure you have to HODL to new ATH! You will need a lot of patience, because your funds can be frozen even few months, but it is the best solution in such situation.
Yes, if it is a good project all you need to do is wait and hold. What I mean is not all cryptocurrency can exceed 100% in just a couple months. Some takes years to pump their price because they don't even develop their project to it's fullest version. And you should think that every investment site take years for ROI neither you like it or not.
Don't hate your life. Plenty to do while waiting like having panani and doing bounty hunting. I also bought on all time high and it is down right now. No problem, will play with other things and invest on others. Pussy if you hate your life because of bad crypto investments.
