I have recently gotten into this whole crypto-world. A long time ago I actually started mining bitcoins, but the returns were so bad I stopped (I would be rich if I had not, back in the time where you could make some decent bitcoin just with your pc...)
Anyway. I am trying to convince people that Bitcoin is the future. But currently people think I'm some crazy idiot. Why would you invest into virtual money?
What advice do you have to get people interested in Bitcoin?
I would simply say, look at my current value. And then ask them, can you make money that fast? Yes, we have huge value in terms of cryptocurrency, a virtual currency, but we can easily convert them all to fiat anytime we want and they are already worth very big. And then show some hard proofs that you have really acquire much wealth through Bitcoin. Now, that is truly convincing. If their interest with Bitcoin remains negative, then you better go on your own and continue with your Bitcoin story.
