The possibility that the value of bitcoin will reached 1 million the question here is when?  In my opinion this will happen if the maximum amount of bitcoin that circulate worldwide will become 25% to its current number of 21,000,000. or the big whale will hold lots of lots of bitcoin in that time then the supply is very low and the demand is very high.
