im not sure about the telegram channel mate. you can ask them on their slack if they have telegram channel.

I haven't seen a group in telegram as well, I only join in Humaniq news channel in telegram and they feed me and information about their development.
Actually it would be nice if there is also a group where we can discuss the project as the community would help to support Humaniq.
