That post just means they're checking items off their list, eventually leading up to the implementation of LTC. Beats me why they wouldn't want to implement it either, it would reap them huge profits.
Time to stock up on ltc boys.
It makes no sense to implement LTC prior to the new trading engine. Don't count on it.
