Well if you want to use excess heat to heat water / a house, that is nothing new. There is even a company that does that, i forgot their name, but they put servers in your house and pay for part of the electricity, and in exchange you get the heat.
Consider differently
a person has several asics they work at home, there are certain costs for electricity.
We put our cooling system, we feed into the heating system.
It gets rid of noise, dust.
We get heat in the house.
The costs of heating water for heating are immediately removed.
This is of course seasonal, in the warm period, a cooling radium
