I just read the whole conversation. COINMAN1 & brazilcoins were agreed to $$$ Unit, so COINMAN1 must pay the exact amount that brazilcoins sent him regardless of BTC unit. Delay of COINMAN1 caused the loss, if COINMAN1 completed the deal in time, there wouldn't be any problem.
Only 1 question how can you complete the deal if you are offline

He connected me for deal his BTC my skrill rates are 1:1 he never said or even ask that we r dealing in $$$$ etc if he want to deal in $$$ he must ask me for that but he didn't .I still respect for your time and your advice thanks for that I am still seeing the farum members opinion
