The reason why workers on the companies are switching into trading bitcoins/altcoins because they don't want a fixed job and they assume that they will get a good future here than working on a companies, Trading is like gambling you didn't know your profit/loss within a day or month it's not fixed because we didn't know the movement of the market on the other day.
