I've seen that too, FYI for now I've temporarily suspended GLX, the pool mined it for ~20 minutes and didn't find a block. I've since attempted some solo mining and I haven't found a block either, at the current diff I should've seen a least one block, let alone the work of the pool.

The wallet is synched, mmcfe is working correctly, stratum is working correctly but no blocks. I'll take another look into it later on but for now I feel its best to stick with the working coins

Also, it appears the PhenixEx API is still a work in progress and not yet available. I'll have to hold off on adding SXC until its available.
