I´ve never waited more than 45 minutes on other exchanges. The uncertainty is driving me nuts.

I faced this problem 1 week ago.They take more than 12 hour to sent my withdraw btc. Also they are taking too much time for deposits.They take 24 hours to deposit my soma token.Hope they will solve this problem soon.I´ve never waited more than 45 minutes on other exchanges.
