Hope this topic is ok in this forum. Just wanted to see if others have run into this? I was replying to someone with an etherscan link and immediately got suspended. I figured the etherscan url just got picked up as spam or phishing so I opened a ticket to appeal. Twitter denied the appeal! Goodbye account.
Fortunately i wasn't a big twitter user, so whatever, but it surprised me they stuck to the suspension.
LOL twitter still consider all of the crypto related links as a suspicious link. If there will be more people on the twitter will try to think to make another report. That was obviously true if with only a single link and then your account gets banned. Said there will be so many people will get a lot of problems with it. My friends are getting the same result as you and all of their account got suspended. But with the different problem just like doin a twitter campaign.
Yea, certainly i would not be surprised if there are algorithms in place to auto-detect phishing links. There is definitely a lot of scamming happening in the crypto world, so its understandable. It just appears that as of now, some legitimate stuff is getting absorbed.
Maybe you were right, most likely already have programs that automatically block suspicious links. Machinery can be mistaken for that.
