I am very embarasted with the RISE Bittrex delisting....
My RISEs are on Bittrex.
can I leave my RISEs on Bittrex?
If yes, until when?
Is there a risk that Bittrex erases everything one day ?
Is there a chance for Bittrex to resume Rise quotations ?

No I think it's over, Rise will never be on Bittrex again. If you don't want to risk losing your tokens then it's better to send your Rise to the official Wallet, I don't trust Bittrex maybe they will delete your tokens if you leave it on the exchange.
But on the good side, if you send your tokens to the wallet you will be able to vote for a delegate and earn free RISE every single day. You need to find a good delegate first.

The problem is to find a good delegate.
They are 100 and it is difficult to make a choice : difficut and need very long time.
This delegate system is a pain : simple PoS will be better.

There are over 100 differents delegate but most of them are private delegate so you will get no rewards for voting for them. If you are interested in earning free Rise then you should vote for a public delegate, there is only a few so it shouldn't be too hard to find a good one. There is also a profit calculator, you will be able to find the most profitable delegate in just a fee clicks, you should visit the slack channel delegate section.

Is there a rule about the balance to withdraw the forging RISEs for each delegate.
