I have recently gotten into this whole crypto-world. A long time ago I actually started mining bitcoins, but the returns were so bad I stopped (I would be rich if I had not, back in the time where you could make some decent bitcoin just with your pc...)
Anyway. I am trying to convince people that Bitcoin is the future. But currently people think I'm some crazy idiot. Why would you invest into virtual money?
What advice do you have to get people interested in Bitcoin?
tell them bitcoin has potential of high price increases. When they read in the internet about the possible future prices of bitcoin, they can find predictions that look too good to be true.
bitcoin's popularity is increasing every day, but due to the halving the supply of new bitcoins coming into the market is halved. It is expected that this halving in the supply will lead to a strong price increase in the coming months.
I think these two points are enough for convincing people to invest in bitcoin.
