well i dont think that people will ever lose cryptocurrency because once it has happened that the hodlers became millioniares through nights so now every one dream to be one of them and keep hopes to cryptocurrency no doubt its better than any stock exchange as it has different uses and applications nowadays well if bitcoin would die than i believe ethereum and litecoin would take its place but only if bitcoin ends which is not possible for the current scenario , old investors keep going and new ones come so it has become a routined style of crypto to face dumps and pumps
