halvings occur every 86400 blocks
this will be the 3rd one
86400 * 3 = 259200
so.... in 22581 blocks
taking one block every 30s, this makes us 22581 * 30 = 677430s
677430 / 60 = 11290,5 mn = 188,175 h = 7.84 days
according to what I think are correct maths, we are a more than 7 days away from halving !
i mean, it's more than a week.
people put your rigs on again, there a still plenty to do during a short period

While it hasn't been as bad lately, the parasite coin hoppers have slowed IFC's blocks minted per day average.

Block reward will be halved around Sep 12/13
Well I'm tired of it and done mining IFC for now. I recommend that people mine coins that are able to stay under their radar, such as DMD and COL. They retarget the diff on every block and have PoS to boot.
If fisheater doesn't do something about the difficulty adjustments NOW, this coin will DIE. The fact that he's allowed things to go on this long, implies there is a conflict of interest here.
