No. Birdchain is application of blockchain platform. We will be using Ethereum network for Birdchain.

Birdchain will use blockchain for micro-transactions and to provide transparency (smart contracts) to businesses that will use Birdchain service.

Are there any business' committed to using birdchain yet ? If so, who and how ?

Yes. We have several partnerships. CarVertical and IUNGO already pre-bought some tokens. + We will announce 1 more partnership today (media) (Youtube) + we will announce few more partnerships next week. All we need is signing the document so that we could make them public.
