I don't know what is electric cigarette. Is it the same of vape? If yes. I would say yes for vape. Because I've watched the effect of cigarette vs vape and what I saw is experiment in water. The water of the cigarette makes the water into yellow color. While vape still has the same color of a water.
Using vaporizers mod you may customize using it or collecting such. While e-cig are disposable but some of the other version has rechargeable battery and you can't customize it. Sure it is risky using it so for you to be safe you have to learn more about it.
