I asked this question before. However, I've not got any answer. Since it was 1 mil. coins mined in the first day, halving to 6.25 coins per block should be in ~6 month. Is this correct?

What kind of things? Aren't you interested when block halving will happen?
it's 40k blocks left until BCA block reward halving. With current 30min per block average it should happen in 833 days, let's say over 2 years. But it depends on difficulty adjustments and hashpower, might be also sooner.
